Powder fire extinguisher OP-2(z) portable pump-up type is the primary means of extinguishing fire. It is intended for extinguishing the ignition of solid, liquid and gaseous substances (class A, B, C), as well as for extinguishing electrical installations under a voltage of up to 1000 V.

The delivery set includes: fire extinguisher OP-2(z), spray nozzle, passport.

At the request of the customer, it can be equipped with a bracket.

WARNING: it is forbidden to place the fire extinguisher under direct sunlight, next to heating devices, subject to shocks, atmospheric precipitation, exposure to aggressive environments, moisture, disassemble the fire extinguisher yourself.

It is mandatory to carry out maintenance in a timely manner at maintenance points (PTOV). You can find information about PTOO points in the fire extinguisher's passport. Before use, you must familiarize yourself with the operating instructions.

RETURN POLICY

Return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991.

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days after the delivery of the order.

Requirements for returning goods

a warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
the appearance and packaging of the products were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product has not been used: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, wear, etc.;
the product is packaged in the same way as when received;
the goods do not fall into the list of goods of appropriate quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Contact us in any convenient way for you (phone call, viber, email, etc.), the manager will help you process the return.
Send the purchased product in its commercial form, that is, not broken, without scratches, with intact packaging. Goods that have been used and/or have not retained their consumer qualities are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

We will be able to refund money or exchange goods within 1-2 working days and no later than 7 working days from the moment of contacting us.

Please note that all parcels sent by transport companies are insured.

When receiving the parcel, it is necessary to check the integrity of its packaging and the absence of mechanical damage at the time of receipt. If there are such, then draw up an act of damage and receipt of the insurance amount by the carrier's company.
